Up to 4GB of DDR4 is available for the Programmable Logic as private buffer. An eMMC also provide 256GB of NAND Flash for program storage and user’s data. It also integrates a RF Data Converter Subsystem that provides up to 4/16x 14-bit, 32/8GS/s ADC and 8/16x 14-bit 16GS/s DAC, available targeting applications such as SDR, DSPs and RADAR/SONAR systems.
